Michele is a graduate of Mercer University and the University of Georgia School of Law. Having worked in the public and private sector, she brings a diverse knowledge of the law. Her experience includes general civil practice and litigation, non-profit leadership and program development, municipal government representation with a focus on contract negotiations, insurance defense, and criminal prosecution, to include serving as the Chief Prosecutor for the Attorney General of the Northern Mariana Islands and as Deputy District Attorney and Chief of Staff for Chatham County. Michele also brings Appellate experience, having worked on Georgia
appeals as well as successfully arguing before the Supreme Court for the CNMI. She has resolved hundreds of cases through negotiation and trial.
