Prior to law school, Ainsley worked as a Student Affairs Associate with the Office of International Students and Scholars at Tulane University. She previously worked as a litigation adjuster for a national insurance carrier which gave her a unique perspective for current handling of defense litigation. She also worked as an associate at Caffery, Oubre, Campbell & Garrison, a civil defense firm, in Lafayette, Louisiana. While at Loyola, Ainsley served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal and competed on the national trial advocacy team.

A South Louisiana native, Ainsley enjoys spending time outdoors, going to sporting events, and cooking her favorite Cajun dishes.
