While there, Jason handled construction defect, automobile accident, and premises and liability cases, going before a jury several times and obtaining favorable verdicts in traditionally plaintiff friendly counties. He also wrote the majority of appeals for the firm.

As one of the founders of Gower Wooten & Darneille, Jason has developed an active insurance coverage practice and regularly advises carriers on policy construction, including drafting and rewording of policy exclusions.

Married with two daughters, Jason enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his family at the lake and the beach.
