BIOGRAPHY
Jim Creasy obtained his undergraduate degree from the Citadel. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1994 and has been practicing as a trial lawyer ever since.
When Jim’s law partner of nearly 20 years retired, Jim came to Gower, Wooten & Darneille to continue his practice. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and is licensed to practice in the State Trial Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, all Federal Trial Courts in Georgia and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jim is married and the father of three adult children. He is a member of Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church.
In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering for food drives, the Sandwich Project and various charity cooks. He is an avid BBQ enthusiast who has been smoking and grilling since 1994.
Jim is also a motorsport enthusiast. He is a Podium Member at Road Atlanta and a sponsor of the Barber Vintage Motorsport Museum in Birmingham, AL.
Finally, he “… tries” to play guitar.
