John received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 1999 before obtaining his J.D. in 2002 from the University of Alabama, where he was awarded the Academic Excellence Scholarship.  John served as a Litigation Department Head and Managing Attorney for Workers Compensation in his last position before joining Gower Wooten and Darneille.

John is a lifelong resident of Birmingham Alabama.  When he is not in the Courtroom advancing the interests of Alabama insurance carriers, and individuals, employers, he spends most of his time with his two boys, Jack & Henry.
