Charity Wood is a licensed attorney in Georgia and Tennessee. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Georgia State University College of Law. During her time studying at Georgia State University, she interned with multiple organizations that allowed her to learn civil practice and criminal defense.
Charity’s practice encompasses both civil litigation and criminal defense. Her focus is automobile collisions, general insurance defense, premise liability, and representing clients facing criminal prosecution. Over her legal career, she has successfully tried numerous jury trials and bench trials. Although she specializes in litigation, Charity also has many years of experience in research and drafting.
In her spare time, Charity enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading historical fiction novels, and attending musical festivals in Georgia and Tennessee.
